A guided daily review walks you through your calendar, habits, and inbox in about five minutes. Once a week, a deeper review helps you zoom out, scanning your areas of focus, checking on stale projects, and planning the week ahead.

Reports give you visibility into your progress: completion rates, consistency streaks, goal progress by area, and backlog health. You'll always know where you stand, and where you need to adjust.
